Zelenskyy Highlights Russian Losses in Donetsk
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian troops suffered “heavy losses” in Pokrovsk, where Moscow focused major operations.
He stated Ukrainian units continued their missions in Donetsk and systematically destroyed enemy forces.
Zelenskyy reported Russia lost more than 290,000 soldiers killed or severely wounded in the first eight months of this year.
He warned that Russia’s third large-scale attack in a week proves the war will not end without global pressure.
